The “SIMULTANEOUS” filter press provides completely automatic operation and it is especially suited to low-medium filtration cycles with high quantities of solids requiring separation.
It may be used as a process machine or in purification plant. Derived from our “Matchless” filter press model, the “SIMULTANEOUS” is available over the range 4959/20 to 1500/50. It can be supplied with polypropylene filtering elements, with the filtrate discharging through a stainless steel open channel and a system of internal headers, alternatively it can be equipped with membrane plates offering improved dewatering performance.
Regardless, it is a completely automatic machine controlled by a SIEMES PLC which provides for successive filtration, where the detachment of the cake from the filter cloths is assured, or with the provision of a special programmable shaking device for each filter element, which eases considerably the detachment of cakes from the cloths.

Every machine is supplied with complete protection of the working components and the automatic handling and moving of the filter elements, all being accessible only through eletrically interlocked sliding doors.
A shutdown valve located directly on the hydraulic cylinder prevents the casual opening of doors or rupture of hoses within the hydraulic system.
When the press feed pump is of the positive displacement type, an automatic pressure relief valve eliminates the risk of squirting at the end of each filtration cycle.
